S100 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the s100 platform. By registering or using any feature of our platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the s100 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the s100 platform.
To use the s100 platform, you must:
- At least 18 years of age at the time of account registration;
- Be a legally eligible individual to enter into a binding agreement;
- Not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online betting activities are prohibited;
- Register only one personal account and not act on behalf of any third party without valid written authorisation.
S100 reserves the right to reject any registration application or suspend any account found not to meet the above eligibility requirements, without being obligated to provide a reason.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
When registering an account on s100, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended immediately and your funds placed on hold pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and account password confidential. s100 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
The primary responsibilities of s100 platform users are as follows:
- Not share your account or allow others to access it;
- Report any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to the s100 support team promptly;
- Not use automated software, bots, or any unauthorised methods to manipulate games or betting outcomes;
- Comply with all game rules set out for each type of game or bet available on the platform;
- Not engage in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or attempts to exploit any technical vulnerabilities on the platform.
A breach of any of the above obligations may result in permanent account closure and appropriate legal action.
Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the s100 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). s100 supports a range of local payment methods including online bank transfers, e-wallets, and debit cards. The latest list of supported payment methods can be found in the Deposit section of your account.
Deposit
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method selected and are subject to change;
- S100 is not responsible for any charges imposed by your bank or third-party payment service providers;
- Successfully deposited funds will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe stated on the platform.
Withdrawal
- Withdrawals are only permitted to a bank account registered under the same user's name;
- Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal is processed, as a security measure;
- Any rollover requirements tied to a bonus must be fulfilled before the bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal;
- S100 reserves the right to suspend or reject any withdrawal suspected of involving fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.
In the event of any dispute relating to a transaction, users must contact the s100 support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
The s100 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, s100 accepts no liability for:
- Financial losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform;
- Service disruptions, processing delays, or technical failures beyond s100's reasonable control;
- Any act or omission by a third party, including payment service providers and game providers;
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, even if s100 has been informed of the possibility of such losses.
Intellectual Property
All content on the s100 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of s100 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from s100. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
Account Policy, Third-Party Links & Terms Amendments
Account Suspension & Closure
S100 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any user account without prior notice if:
- There is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or platform abuse;
- The user has breached any provision of these terms and conditions;
- Registration information is found to be false or misleading;
- The account has shown no activity within the period specified under s100's internal policy;
- A directive has been received from the relevant authorities to do so.
In cases where an account is closed for legitimate reasons, any remaining funds pending withdrawal will be processed in accordance with s100's internal procedures once the investigation is complete.
Third-Party Links
The s100 platform may contain links or integrations with third-party services such as game providers and payment processors. s100 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Terms Amendments & Governing Law
S100 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of s100 after any amendment is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are advised to review this page periodically.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where s100 operates. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through the dispute resolution channels designated by s100.
